Good solid pizza joint and everything you'd want and expect. Great pepperoni and the bottom is nice and crispy. Also great pricing at basically 2 slices for $4. They do it by the slice and the pie. Spaghetti and meatballs is also a win with incredibly cheap prices and a garlic bread that was perfect.

I go to the Zito's down on Tustin Avenue and I go to the Zito's in downtown Orange and they're very good pizzas. The people that work there are very friendly

Thanks to gathering I was at that offered Alfredo as part of their Italian-themed Christmas dinner, I was hungry and craving for Alfredo at 3 am one night and I figured it would be best if I look up places to get an Alfredo close to me. Thankfully my prayers were answered as this was the first place that popped up on my Google results. I was kind of excited to try it out soon. So I went there and the first time I walked in here, I was intrigued and excited. The place reminded me of a lovely bar and a restaurant with so much boasting nostalgia. The service is incredibly amazing. The outdoor dining area is amazing and fun. The service is nice and the cashier is friendly and talkative with you. The service is superb! From what I remember, they have student discounts depending on the season. They also open their doors until 1 am on a Friday and Saturday night. A good timing if I'm ever stressed out and wanting to eat penne Alfredo at 11 pm.

Rating: 4.5/5 Such a great pizza place! We placed our order around 8 pm and it was ready within 20-30 minutes. I'm not sure how busy it gets during the day, but the parking lot and place wasn't busy when we went at night. The location is also super nice; it makes you want to walk around and explore the rest of Old Towne Orange. The pepperoni pizza was yummy, and it had so many pepperonis. It wasn't the absolute best pizza I've ever had, but it was still really good and well-priced (we got a 16" box for around $20 and ranch is 50 cents). The workers were really nice, especially when we called with a question about our order. Overall, would definitely come back again!

I enjoy the slices here for a quick bite. Service is ok but it's a pizza parlor who gives a hoot. Love the vibes inside all year round it's a fun place to eat

DELICIOUS! The cheesiest pizza we've ever had, and the salad had more blue cheese, candied walnuts and golden raisins than it had lettuce. If you're lucky enough to visit when they have live music you will have a blast.

My students recommended Zito's to me as the best pizza in Orange Circle, so I had to try it. During a particularly stressful day, I stopped in to get Zito's for lunch and opted for a pepperoni pizza slice. The service was super quick, the vibe was very old school pizzeria -- it reminded me of some of the pizza places I used to go to in NYC. When the pizza arrived to the table, it was piping hot, fresh from the oven. The pizza was old school and delicious! Later on, I also ordered a few pies for the night class that I teach and the students loved it. A great pizza option in the circle!

Walked by this restaurant by chance while at the Orange Circle and was immediately drawn to the view of mouth watering pizza through the window. Though there are several pizza options within walking distance, I hands down recommend Zito's Pizza. Walking in, you order at the counter and then self seat. The waiters bring the food to your table. Paper plates are available on the side. The ambience reminded me of my childhood local pizza parlor. Nothing fancy, but always tasty. The pizza was absolutely amazing, especially the sauce. It was the perfect blend of flavors. I can't wait to go back again!

Zitos is fabulous! Stopping in for a slice and a beer and it was 9.50$ before tip. This place is clutch, they delivered like 10 pizzas to my class reunion after our catered food fell flat Definitely easy to live this place and the city parking on the corner is one of the more empty lots.
